For the first time, The Expert Witness Site is opening its full-day report writing training to expert witnesses across all disciplines.
Led by an exceptional faculty –

  • Mark Tottenham BL (author of The Reliable Expert Witness and The Law of Expert Evidence in Ireland)
  • Sarah Freeman BL, Editor of Business Plus and experienced barrister, plus an experienced Senior Counsel
This day covers everything from receiving instructions and structuring your report, to joint reports, pitfalls to avoid, the use of AI, and a live analysis of pre-submitted reports.
Spaces are kept deliberately small to ensure direct access to the faculty and genuine peer interaction throughout the day.
