About Us
The Expert Witness Site was founded by Eavanna FitzGerald BL who has practiced in medical negligence litigation since 2004. In her work with a broad range of both Plaintiff and Defence Solicitors, Eavanna saw first hand the challenges and delays that arise when trying to source good quality, independent, expert witness reports. She set up this resource in order to fix those problems, and to provide an effective service for Solicitors so that they can be confident in their ability to provide a truly efficient and professional service to their clients.
