February 6th 2026 - Online Expert Witness Masterclass for Experienced Experts
Join us for a 3.5-hour Online Expert Witness training session for Experienced Expert Witnesses.
As part of the collaboration between the IHCA and The Expert Witness Site, this Expert Witness Masterclass is designed for IHCA members who have previous experience acting as Expert Witness, and will enhance your knowledge of current case law as well as ensuring that you do not fall into the common pitfalls often encountered by Expert Witnesses.
February 10th 2026 - TEWS/IHCA- Expert Witness Masterclass for New Experts
Join us for a 4-hour In person Expert Witness training session for New Expert Witnesses.
As part of the collaboration between the IHCA and The Expert Witness Site, this Expert Witness Masterclass training is designed to ensure that you understand what acting as an Expert Witness is all about. Participants will learn what it means to be an expert witness and on completion, you will be fully informed as to your duties and obligations and will have gained practical tips for preparing reports and giving evidence in Court.
The course ensures that medical Experts are fully armed with all of the information they need to be an impressive and reliable Expert Witness.
Full Day Report Writing Workshop
Our first report-writing session for Irish Hospital Consultant Association members will take place on April 24th 2026 in the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre on Church Street, Dublin 7.
Our course in report writing for expert witnesses will equip you with the skills to produce reports that are robust, defensible, and easily understood. Strengthen your credibility, protect your professional reputation, and deliver expert evidence that stands up to scrutiny by cross-examiners and judges.
