Full Day Report Writing Workshop - October 2nd 2026
Our second time running this report-writing session for Irish Hospital Consultant Association members will take place on October 2nd 2026 in the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre on Church Street, Dublin 7.
Our course in report writing for expert witnesses is designed to equip experts with the skills to produce reports that are robust, defensible, and easily understood. Strengthen your credibility, protect your professional reputation, and deliver expert evidence that stands up to scrutiny by cross-examiners and judges.
June 5th 2026 - TEWS/IHCA- Medical Council / Coroner's Court Session
As part of the collaboration between the IHCA and The Expert Witness Site, this session for IHCA members will inform them of their role when called as Expert Witnesses at either the Coroner’s Court, or the Medical Council. We are delighted to have 2 of the most prominent and experienced Barristers from each forum delivering the content.
The Medical Council session will be run by Neasa Bird BL, and the Coroner’s Inquest by Simon Mills SC.
The session will take place from 1:30pm-5pm at the Dispute Resolution Centre, Dublin.
May 14th 2026 - TEWS/IHCA- Expert Witness Masterclass for New Experts
Join us for a 4-hour In person Expert Witness training session for New Expert Witnesses.
As part of the collaboration between the IHCA and The Expert Witness Site, this Expert Witness Masterclass training is designed to ensure that you understand what acting as an Expert Witness is all about. Participants will learn what it means to be an expert witness and on completion, you will be fully informed as to your duties and obligations and will have gained practical tips for preparing reports and giving evidence in Court.
The course ensures that medical Experts are fully armed with all of the information they need to be an impressive and reliable Expert Witness.
The session will take place from 1pm-5pm at the Dispute Resolution Centre, Dublin.
