I am/am not willing to provide a screening/preliminary report	am
I have a preference for the papers to be sent to me by	softcopy
Any further information I require is set out hereunder..	Please note that my billing etc is managed by CPMLA. The fee quoted is estimate only, the rate from CPMLA will be £270/hour (this is in sterling pound).
Further relevant information about my specific expertise on the subject matter in question (e.g. “This is a surgery that I am very familiar with and carry out regularly” or “I have published extensively in this area” [Narrative field max 500 characters]	I have so far done only one case in the Irish Jurisdiction. As a microbiologist I comment on causation aspect only. Clinical diagnosis of sepsis and breach of duty should be dealt with by appropriate experts. I am happy to have a preliminary discuss over phone to understand the case. I have undergone Expert Report Writing course by Bond Solon in the UK. I will provide my T&C in a separate email.
