I have a preference for the papers to be sent to me by	softcopy
Any further information I require is set out hereunder..	Radiology pref digitally (DICOM format unencrypted) or on disc/memory stick
Further relevant information about my specific expertise on the subject matter in question (e.g. “This is a surgery that I am very familiar with and carry out regularly” or “I have published extensively in this area” [Narrative field max 500 characters]	I have done more than 800 shoulder replacements. I have vast experience in revision and primary procedures. I have published several papers re . upper limb - in particular shoulder - pathology. Vast experience from multiple reports incl Breach of Duty reports
