I am/am not willing to provide a screening/preliminary report	am
I have a preference for the papers to be sent to me by	softcopy
Further relevant information about my specific expertise on the subject matter in question (e.g. “This is a surgery that I am very familiar with and carry out regularly” or “I have published extensively in this area” [Narrative field max 500 characters]	I have experience doing screening reports for Irish cases . I have worked as consultant general physician and geriatrician in a large general hospital in UK since 1997. I have been director of medical education. Until the end of 2024, I worked regularly on general 'all ages' medical on call-duties , supervising registrars and making decisions regarding admission in similar cases to this one. I continue to work less than full time on ward duties in general medical and elderly care ward.
