Any further information I require is set out hereunder..	Please see CV and terms attached. The majority of my medicolegal work is now via instructions from Irish Republic solicitors
Further relevant information about my specific expertise on the subject matter in question (e.g. “This is a surgery that I am very familiar with and carry out regularly” or “I have published extensively in this area” [Narrative field max 500 characters]	Although I have never prescribed a NuvaRing I am familiar with potential side-effects and would be competent to deal with any symptoms complained of in such a patient consulting a different GP to the one who inserted the device, as would be common in a group practice.
